Due to the nature of fragrance and cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

•⁠  ⁠Returned in original packaging
•⁠  ⁠Reported within 14 days of delivery

•⁠  ⁠Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
